Our founder, Neveen Galal

Neveen qualified as an Immigration Solicitor in 2005 and has since developed extensive expertise in both corporate immigration and private client matters, with a particular focus on high-net-worth individuals and international mobility. She advises clients across the UK and internationally, providing tailored immigration, residency, and citizenship solutions for individuals, families, and businesses relocating to the UK.

Early in her career, Neveen became one of the first immigration solicitors to successfully challenge the UK Government’s detained fast-track scheme. In 2007, she went on to establish the immigration and asylum department at one of the UK’s largest immigration law firms, where she later held the position of Director and Head of Immigration until 2013.

In 2015, Neveen founded a boutique law firm specialising in high-net-worth immigration and corporate global mobility. She has continued to build a reputation for handling complex and strategic immigration matters, including being the first solicitor to successfully judicially review the UK Government in relation to Investor Visa dependant rules, leading to clarification and changes within the UKVI Immigration Rules.

Alongside her corporate and private client work, Neveen has significant experience in public law matters and regularly challenges decisions made by the Home Office, UKVI, and other immigration authorities. Her work has included cases involving human trafficking, unlawful detention, procedural delays, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, and wider procedural irregularities within the immigration system.

As an experienced advocate, Neveen has represented clients before the Immigration Tribunals and higher courts in a wide range of complex appeals and judicial review proceedings, achieving successful outcomes across particularly challenging cases.

Her work and contribution to the legal sector have been widely recognised. Neveen was featured in the Who’s Who of Britain’s Business Elite for three consecutive years and, in 2021, received the Outstanding Achievement Award from the University of Westminster as part of its Alumni Awards.
