    FAQs

Which UK visa is right for my circumstances?

The right visa depends on your personal circumstances, including your nationality, your reason for coming to the UK, and your long-term plans. I will assess your situation, explain the options available to you, and recommend the most suitable immigration route to maximise your chances of success following our initial discovery call.

How long does a UK visa application typically take?

Processing times vary depending on the type of application and whether priority services is available. I will provide you with the latest estimated processing times at the outset and keep you informed throughout the application process.

Can you help if my visa application has been refused?

Yes. In the event that your application is refused I will carefully review the Home Office decision, explain why the application was refused, and advise whether it is best to challenge the decision, submit a fresh application, or pursue an appeal or administrative review where available.

How can I obtain Indefinite Leave to Remain or British citizenship?

Eligibility depends on your immigration history, residence in the UK, and whether you meet the relevant legal requirements.

I will assess your eligibility, identify the most appropriate route, and guide you through every stage of the application to ensure it is prepared correctly.

However most routes to settlement are after 5 years continuous residence in the UK and Citizenship in most cases is 12 months after you have obtained ILR.
